Devon Cove Vodka launches

Devon Cove Produce has launched Cove Vodka, Devon’s first potato vodka. It’s produced using Kind Edward potatoes grown on company founder Leanne Carr’s family farm.

Leanne said: “After many discussions around the dinner table about the different ways you can cook and enjoy potatoes we decided to take things a step further and make potato vodka. Using the finest Devon potatoes and Devon spring water, combined with small-batch traditional copper pot distillation, we’ve created a distinctly smooth and delicious vodka which captures the essence of Devon.”

In addition, Devon Cove Produce has launched Cove Damson Liqueur, which features ripe West Country damsons infused with Cove Vodka.

Cove Vodka is available in three sizes: 5cl at £5.95, 20cl at £18 and 70cl at £39.50. Cove Damson is available in two sizes: 20cl at £18 and 50cl at £33. Go to www.devoncove.co.uk for more details.
