Yeo Valley launches new frozen Kefir Yoghurt in blueberry and strawberry

Improving your gut health has never tasted so good!

It’s not often you can eat an organic frozen dessert which is naturally low in fat, bursting with juicy flavours and is good for your inner health too…thanks to Yeo Valley’s new Frozen Kefir Yogurt you can!

Yeo Valley is building on the success of its popular organic spoonable Kefir yogurt, which is made with 14 live kefir cultures and it’s naturally low in fat, with a delicious new creamy frozen yogurt available in Blueberry and Strawberry flavour.

Regarded as the ancient food miracle, in traditional form, kefir is a cultured, fermented milk drink that has been around for centuries and contains a combination of beneficial probiotics as well as an abundance of vitamins and minerals. Following on from the growth of superfoods and fermented products, kefir continues to grow in popularity, particularly as we all look to stock up more on items which can help promote digestion and a healthy gut. According to Mintel, we’re most interested in trying products that deliver low calories and gut health support when buying ice cream.

A scoop of our frozen kefir is only 61 calories so it’s like ice cream without the guilt.”

Containing only natural ingredients and made from the best British organic milk, Yeo Valley Frozen Kefir Yogurt is available in Blueberry or Strawberry flavour, in 480ml tubs from Waitrose from July 27, 2020.
