Somerset-based Sheppy’s Cider has scooped 4 awards at the 10th International Cider Challenge. The prestigious competition, which is one of the most authoritative and influential cider competitions in the world and is incredibly influential in the cider community, awarded Sheppy’s with 2 Silver and 2 Bronze medals for its premium drinks.
The ciders were blind tested by an expert panel of judges consisting of an experienced table captain accompanied by cider professionals, and were assessed according to their taste, appearance and aroma. The ICC praised Sheppy’s Low Alcohol Classic Cider and Sheppy’s Vintage Reserve Cider by awarding them Silver, whilst Sheppy’s 200 Special Edition Cider and Sheppy’s Cider with Raspberry attained Bronze.
As one of the oldest and most respected cider families in the world, with a long history that goes back more than 200 years, Sheppy’s is extremely proud to add these highly regarded accolades to its expanding list of awards and further reinforce itself as a well-respected producer of premium cider in the South West.
