The grade II-listed Lansdown Grove Hotel in Bath has been acquired by Axcel Hospitality off a guide price of £8m.
The Croydon-based company adds the hotel to a portfolio that also includes the four-star Henrietta House Hotel in Bath, which they bought in September 2019.
The Lansdown Grove has 61 recently-refurbished suites plus a restaurant with terrace, lounge with bar, function suite, garden and parking for 40 cars. Joint estate agents Savills and Carter Jonas completed the sale.
