
Harry’s Cider Company from Long Sutton in Somerset has been named the Best Local Food/Drink Producer in Dorset & Somerset at the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2021. This is the latest in a series of prestigious awards for the family-run craft cider company that make traditional, sparkling, mulled and fruit ciders from apples grown on their farm in the heart of Somerset.
Now in its eighth year, the Muddy Stilettos Awards celebrate independent businesses across the country, covering 25 different counties. In total, 75,000 businesses were nominated this year and 750,000 votes cast, including almost 60,000 votes in Somerset and Dorset.
Other local winners included The Trading Post Farm Shop (Best Farm Shop/Deli) and Pips Railway Carriage Café (Best Café), both of which are stockists of Harry’s Cider.
To celebrate this award, Harry’s Cider is offering a special 10% discount plus free delivery throughout August for purchases of their Original, Dabinett or Applemoor 500ml bottled ciders using the code ‘Stiletto’. This applies to online orders of £30 or more, for delivery to addresses in mainland UK.
Harry’s Cider will have a range of ciders available for sampling and purchase at the upcoming Bath & West Country Festival at the Royal Bath and West Showground from 27-29 August, as well as at the next Cider Saturday event which is due to be held at their farm on 4 September.
