A bar in Bristol is the first location outside London for Jamie Oliver’s new brand Pasta Dreams. His new delivery-only business based in Brace & Browns on Whiteladies Road offers an Italian-inspired menu you can order using click-and-collect and delivery apps.
It launched on November 24th in partnership with restaurant delivery company Taster, which has a portfolio of over 200 restaurants. The menu will offer seven signature pasta dishes, salads, starters and desserts.
On the launch of Pasta Dreams, Jamie Oliver said: “Launching Pasta Dreams with Taster has been amazing, and I’m so pleased to be bringing our delicious menu to beautiful Bristol. We’ve worked really hard to make sure that every dish on the menu is perfect for delivery and will leave you feeling like you’ve had a great big hug. This menu features some of my favourite pasta dishes and we’ll be bringing even more to the menu soon. Enjoy!”
Brace & Browns owner Dave Brown said, “Jamie’s one of the world’s best-known chefs, so when we heard about Pasta Dreams, it was a no-brainer for us. Since we started working with Taster earlier this year to prepare a couple of their other fantastic brands, we’ve been really impressed by how they operate and the support we’ve received.”
CEO and founder of Taster, Anton Soulier, added: “Through Pasta Dreams, we want to redefine how people view and experience food designed for delivery – we’re really excited that Bristol is our first location outside of London for Pasta Dreams and we’re looking forward to bringing the brand to more cities very soon.”
Pasta Dreams delivers to customers who order on Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat or scan a QR code at Brace & Browns to order via click and collect. It’s not currently available to consume on-site.
