Gluten Free Zoe

Zoe Pinkham has been a coeliac for 15 years and really struggled to find gluten free bakes that she can trust, especially products with variety, living in the small town of Langport in Somerset.

She had wanted to run her own cake/baking business for as long as she can remember and thought it was finally time to take a chance and set up her own business, selling all of her homemade products.

Gluten Free Zoe was established and has won Taste of the West’s Champion Free From Product Award for 2022.

Zoe Commented: “Winning a gold Taste of the West award was an absolutely amazing achievement that I didn’t think I could do, but when I had won the champion product of the ‘Free From’ section, I was so shocked! I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to enter and am very thankful to have won. I’m hoping this will push more business my way as my long-term goal is to run a small cake shop full time.”
