Health and wellbeing is on everyone’s minds as we are in a brand new year, with intentions of better food and lifestyle choices. With the rise of ketogenic and low carb diets as well as increasing evidence that less sugar and less carbs are better for your health, how do you know where to start? For those already following such lifestyles, as well as those just embarking on this journey, it can be a challenge to know what brands offer options that fit this way of eating and living.
With this in mind, the founders of Keto & Low Carb Festival aim to get as many of the most relevant brands in one place and carry on this conversation. Offering the public the opportunity to get to know and try products that’ll make their keto or low carb journey easier and more sustainable, whilst creating a space where like minded brands can meet, interact and collaborate.
Fatt, who are sponsoring the show, with their clean, sweetener-free ketogenic snacks, believe that keto is the healthy way to gain greater physical energy, sharper mental clarity and be an all-round better you. Other exhibitors at the festival include Seriously Low Carb, with their low carb breads, rolls and range of other low carb products, Kinetic Kitchen with their “ketonuts” (keto donuts), Sow and Arrow, a health food store known for their indulgent keto friendly sweet & savoury baked treats – sugar-free cakes, shortbread, sausage rolls, scotch eggs and more.
