
Bristol Syrup Co., a specialist in ingredients for cocktails, is launching a new range of fruit purées for bars and publicans. The range, which uses high-quality natural ingredients, comes in seven fruit flavours, with 90-100% fresh fruit content
Drawing on the team’s experience and expertise, the handy recyclable 600ml pourable pouches with a resealable screw cap lid, have been designed to provide consistently excellent fruit whilst saving staff time, reducing costs, and minimising wastage.
Once opened they will keep for up to seven days in the fridge. The purées include passionfruit, mango, raspberry as well as lemon and lime juice.
The new purées join the highly successful range of multi-award-winning syrups launched in 2017 designed by bartenders for bartenders.
Development Manager, Dee Davies comments: “Moving into purées was a natural extension to our range and have been developed with an understanding of what bartenders need from their ingredients. Our ethos when developing these purées was to create products with authentic taste that we know bartenders will be happy to use as part of their serve because they can rely on our product quality to create cocktails with no hassle.”
