Taste of Sidmouth scooped Taste of the West’s champion Ice Cream & Sorbet award in 2022 for their Mango Yoghurt.
Cathy, Sophie and Thomas acquired Taste Of Sidmouth in 2015. They came with a simple mission: to make people happy by making delicious homemade ice cream. Seven years later, Taste Of Sidmouth has won numerous national awards including ‘Champion Ice Cream’ at Taste Of The West 2022, which was ‘voted best in the South West’.
Through the combination of authentic Devonian and Italian ingredients, we plan to expand our range of delicious homemade ice cream flavours even further, including even more vegan flavours and a variety of diabetic ice creams.
Sophie said “Winning was AMAZING! It made everyone at Taste Of Sidmouth extremely proud. To have two of our homemade ice cream flavours up for Champion Ice Cream, in a hugely competitive category, was such an achievement. To then go on and Win Champion Ice Cream made us feel like our passion and hard work had been recognised. Taste Of The West membership has endless advantages. We receive so much advice about advertising and increasing sales. There are so many great opportunities, countless goals, and incentives. Not to mention a lovely sense of community for business owners in the South West.”
