Exeter based bakery, Willow & Finch has announced the launch of its winter limited edition cookies, featuring three mouth-watering flavours inspired by the festive season.

The bakery, is known for its creative and delicious cookies, made with natural ingredients and baked fresh every day. The owners say that product development is the best part of their job.
“We love experimenting with new flavours and seeing what works. We have a lot of fun in the kitchen, and we’re always looking for ways to surprise and delight our customers,” they said.
The winter limited edition cookies are available for pre-order now, and will be delivered from December 10th until January 31st. The flavours are:
Stollen Gourmet Cookies: A spiced dough with dried fruit and a layer of marzipan in the centre, dusted with icing sugar. These cookies are reminiscent of the traditional German Christmas bread, and are perfect for warming up on a cold day.
Sticky Toffee Date Cookies: A soft and chewy cookie with dates that have been soaked and caramelised, giving them a natural toffee-like flavour and texture. These cookies are inspired by the classic British dessert, and are ideal for indulging after a hearty meal.
Dark Chocolate Peppermint Cookies: A rich and decadent cookie with semi-sweet Belgian dark chocolate and a hint of peppermint, topped with a sprinkling of sugar ‘snow’. These cookies are a nostalgic treat that evoke the memories of Christmas past.
The bakery owners say that they are very proud of their winter limited edition cookies, and hope that their customers will enjoy them as much as they do.
“We think these cookies are some of the best we’ve ever made, and we can’t wait to share them with everyone. They are a great way to celebrate the season and spread some joy.” they said.
The winter limited edition cookies can be ordered online through the bakery’s website, or by phone or email. They come in boxes of six, twelve, or twenty-four, and can be shipped nationwide. The bakery also offers gift wrapping and personalised messages for those who want to send the cookies as a present.
The bakery advises customers to order early, as the winter limited edition cookies are expected to sell out fast. They also recommend serving the cookies warm, for the best flavour and texture.
