This summer, Rock based Sharp’s Brewing Co is sponsoring the highly anticipated Live In The Wyldes event series, with exclusive pouring rights across all bars. On arrival at most of the live music events, from June 8th – July 21st, festivalgoers* (who are over 18) will also be offered a complimentary sample of Sharp’s, recently introduced, Twin Coast Session Pale Ale, or their award-winning Offshore Pilsner to celebrate the brewery’s 30th birthday year.
Off the beaten track in beautiful North Cornwall, The Wyldes is a versatile and unique event site like no other. Set in a magical, wooded valley, what started out as a party in a field has now played host to some of the biggest music acts in the UK including: Paul Weller, Paloma Faith, Fatboy Slim, Rag ‘n’ Bone Man, Pete Tong and the Symphony Orchestra. Despite this, the team has held onto that humble grassroots ethos that it first started with.
Everything happens within a bespoke festival site which is nestled in a hidden, tree-filled Cornish valley, just a few miles from the sea. Over six summer weekends, multiple stages host great acts and festivalgoers can enjoy camping, live music and fun and fairly priced bars. This year’s Live In The Wyldes event series features an exceptional lineup of live music with performances from household names such as Underworld, Simple Minds, Anne Marie, Jess Glynne, James Arthur and Idles.
Sharp’s Brewing Co has supported the event series since 2016 and for 2024, will be bringing along its range of award winning beer and cider, including their Hazy IPA, Solar Wave, Doom Bar, Doom Bar Zero, Offshore Pilsner, Sea Fury, Atlantic Pale Ale and Cold River Cider. They will also be introducing Twin Coast Session Pale Ale.
