Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Bristol Bath & Somerset winners go national!

Regional tourism award winners from across the South West have been named national finalists, and will be representing their regions at the VisitEngland Awards at the Brighton Dome Corn Exchange on 4 June.

The Farmers Arms and Wolf Wood Treehouses will be representing Devon in two categories: Pub of the Year and Self Catering Accommodation of the Year.

Boscastle House, Treworgey Cottages, Polmanter Touring Park, and Mylor Sailing School will be representing Cornwall in four categories: B&B and Guest House of the Year, Self Catering Accommodation of the Year, Camping, Caravanning and Holiday Park of the Year, and Experience of the Year.

Marsham Court Hotel, Summer Lodge Hotel, and Sculpture by the Lakes will be representing Dorset in three categories: Accessible and Inclusive Tourism Award, Small Hotel of the Year, and Small Visitor Attraction of the Year.

No 1 Royal Crescent, Mendip Basecamp and Searcys at the Pump Room will be representing Bristol, Bath and Somerset in three categories, the Small Visitor Attraction of the Year, Camping, Glamping and Holiday Park of the Year, and Taste of England.

The national awards have championed the best in England’s tourism industry for more than three decades, celebrating quality, innovation, best practice, and exceptional customer service. Finalists from 21 regional competitions will be recognised as Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners.

VisitEngland Director Andrew Stokes said: “England’s tourism industry has good reason to celebrate. As the finalists demonstrate, businesses across every region provide outstanding customer service along with high-quality experiences while constantly innovating to find new ways to give more to visitors and the communities they serve. The applications to this year’s awards and the list of finalists are a testament to the range of first-class products on offer to both domestic and international visitors. I congratulate all the finalists who are already winners, and I wish them the very best of luck.”

Good luck to all the finalists!

The 2025/26 Devon Tourism Awards, Cornwall Tourism Awards, Dorset Tourism Awards and Bristol Bath and Somerset Tourism Awards will open for entry on 7th April.
