The Consortium Of People Who Care has successfully purchased the IP of Taste of the West. They have not bought the trading company but are seeking to support all the previous members, as well as bring a new chapter to this valuable regional organisation.
The new organisation will be values driven, not driven by shareholders, and as such is currently being set up as a CIC.
The website www.tasteofthewest.co.uk is back online, and all existing members can login into their profiles as before.
Over the coming weeks, The Consortium will be seeking feedback from members, to ensure that this new organisation carries forward the values and desires of the South West food and drink community. They will be prioritising the Awards, and re-engaging with the regional food and drink community, after what they know has been a long period of silence.
