
Bistro Chef is proud to unveil four exciting additions to their premium freezer to plate ready-meal collection. Each recipe has been developed by Chef Founder Christophe Lacroix and features quality ingredients and bold flavours; simply heat and serve in the oven or microwave.
The new dishes are inspired by Christophe’s British and French fusion and include Basque Country Chicken (RRP £ 7.95) – UK Red Tractor chicken legs braised in a rich sauce with chargrilled peppers, white wine and tomatoes -, as well as Lamb Provençal (RRP £8.45) – lamb shoulder cooked with olives & sundried tomatoes and bringing the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean to your plate.
Fancy fish but don’t want to prep it? Christophe’s Sea Bass Fillets (RRP £9.95) on a bed of Roasted Vegetable Ratatouille and topped with Garlic and Basil Butter are the answer. A delightful dish full of summer flavours and ready to serve.
Last but by no means least is their long-awaited Cottage Pie (RRP £ 7.95). Tender British beef, slowly cooked with leeks and onions in a rich ragu, topped with smooth, creamy mashed potato, cheddar and panko breadcrumbs. A heartwarming dish all year round.
