Introducing The Cornish Jar!

New company The Cornish Jar is passionate about bringing bold, lovingly made jams and chutneys to your table. It all started in their cottage kitchen, cooking with produce often swapped with their neighbours.

Carly Kilbey, Co founder, explains “We loved how much our friends and family enjoyed our recipes and found it brought people together. We started to get messages from people we hadn’t met before, sharing how they had tried one of our jars and asking how they could get hold of our jams and chutneys, so we kept going. After lots of experimenting, The Cornish Jar was born!”

Their jars are filled with big flavours, from Cherry Bakewell jam to Hot Garlic chutney.

Carly continues “We wanted a mix of the nostalgic flavours everyone loves and flavours that stand out from others, just like our jars. We produce jams with attitude, chutneys with kick and sauces that seriously don’t behave.”

“We believe life is too short for bland, so here’s to big flavours, good food and sharing it with the people we love – one jar at a time.”

Having spent eight months converting an unused food manufacturing facility into the ultimate jam and chutney cooking space, The Cornish Jar is now able to offer their flavours in jars and catering tubs.
