Cornwall Pasta Co unveils world-first Fermented Black Garlic Pasta

Cornwall Pasta Co has done it again. Renowned for pushing the boundaries of British artisan pasta, Nick and the team are launching another global first: Fermented Black Garlic Pasta — a bold, flavour-led innovation that sets a new benchmark for pasta lovers everywhere.

The latest addition to their much-loved Organic British Pasta range, this striking new release combines traditional pasta-making with deep, complex flavours developed through fermentation. It’s the newest expression of a philosophy that has defined the brand from the start. Cornwall Pasta Co has built its reputation on genuine firsts — from pioneering fermented pasta, to becoming the UK’s first pasta brand made with organic British-grown wheat — and Fermented Black Garlic Pasta is a natural evolution of that innovation.

The result is a truly distinctive eating experience: rich, slightly sweet, deeply umami, and unapologetically indulgent. This is not a subtle pasta. The flavour hits with confidence, delivering a rounded garlic depth that’s savoury, comforting and, frankly, addictive. Early tasters have described it as “morishly moreish” — the kind of pasta that stands proudly on its own, yet shines beautifully when paired simply. A classic cheese sauce is all that’s needed to let the fermented garlic notes sing.

Crafted in Cornwall using organic British wheat, the Fermented Black Garlic Radiator Pasta reflects Cornwall Pasta Co’s commitment to innovation without compromise — bold flavours, clean ingredients, and exceptional quality, all rooted in British provenance.

The new pasta has launched nationwide and is now available through Planet Organic stores, Booths, and leading independents including Darts Farm and The Great Cornish Food Store in Truro.

With this latest release, Cornwall Pasta Co once again proves why it occupies such a unique space in the food world — fearless, flavour-forward, and consistently ahead of the curve. For food lovers, chefs, and curious cooks alike, this is pasta… reimagined.
