The Angel in Dartmouth is a multi-award winning restaurant situated on the embankment in beautiful Dartmouth. Led by Head Chef Elly Wentworth, the restaurant serves modern British cuisine, in a relaxed environment.
Elly is no stranger to winning awards and accolades herself, and has appeared twice on Great British Menu, and been a semi-finalist in Celebrity Masterchef previously. The Angel is thrilled to announce that not only did the Angel win a Gold Award for Hospitality Fine Dining, Elly was named Chef of the Year in the Food Drink Devon Awards.
The awards showcase the best of the best. Food Drink Devon represents food and drink producers, retailers, hospitality venues and related businesses dedicated to serving up the best produce from all over the county. The group are so thrilled to have been awarded a Gold, and that Elly is seen as the Best Chef in Devon – just wow!
