Embrace Dry January with New London Light

Embrace Dry January 2023 with New London Light, a bold collection of contemporary non-alcoholic spirits and aperitifs from the multi-award winning distillers at Salcombe Distilling Co. Thanks to innovative flavour combinations and a pioneering production process, New London Light (NLL) is setting the global standard in taste for the fast-growing alcohol-free spirits category, embarking on a new era of taste without alcohol.

Leading a new global standard in taste.
Each New London Light expression has gone through an immersive five-step production process including liquid inspiration and research; sourcing of botanicals; creation of a botanical steep; rotary vacuum distillation; and blending with further natural flavours. And, where the production of most non-alcoholic spirits and aperitifs is outsourced to flavour houses, for New London Light, Master Distiller, Jason Nickels has used his extensive knowledge of flavour, foraging, botany, and of course distillation, to create the core flavour profiles in-house enabling the highest level of product integrity.

With all natural ingredients and no artificial flavours or added sugar, consumers can rest assured they are drinking something pure. They can also be sure they are doing some good, with every bottle purchased in the UK helping protect and regenerate Seagrass, with 1% of sales donated to the Marine Conservation Society.

New London Light is available in three expressions, each can be enjoyed straight up, with tonic, or as part of a cocktail:

New London Light ‘First Light’
Inspired by gin-making principles, ‘First Light’ is a bold and refreshing non-alcoholic spirit, with classic flavours of dry juniper, bright citrus and zesty ginger to create an outstanding spectrum of flavour.

New London Light ‘Aegean Sky’
Capturing the essence of the vibrant Mediterranean coast, New London Light ‘Aegean Sky’ is an innovative and complex non-alcoholic aperitif, combining sun-soaked bitter citrus and olive.

New London Light ‘Midnight Sun’
As unique as the rugged Nordic coast from where it takes its inspiration, New London Light ‘Midnight Sun’ is a layered and elegant non-alcoholic aperitif combining wild coastal berries, fresh kelp and pine.

New London Light ‘First Light’, ‘Aegean Sky’ and ‘Midnight Sun’ are all available from salcombegin.com, RRP £27.50, currently on special offer for £25.00 for a 70CL bottle, 0% ABV. New London Light ‘Midnight Sun’ is also available to buy in selected Waitrose & Partners stores (RRP £27.50, 70cl, 0% ABV) and available widely to drink in public houses across the UK.
