The Greenbank Hotel in Falmouth, Cornwall has promoted Matt Garland to Hotel Manager. Matt was formerly Assistant Hotel Manager and has been working at the hotel for over 18 years.
Having worked at The Greenbank from age 17, Matt has held a number of roles since joining as a part-time Waiter. He was subsequently appointed as Training Junior Manager, Duty Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food Service Manager, Food and Beverage Manager and most recently, Assistant Hotel Manager. As Hotel Manager, Matt will oversee the daily operations, staff management, guest satisfaction and overall success of The Greenbank.
