BANK Bristol brings the heat with its wood fired Sunday roasts

BANK in Bristol is now taking bookings for its wood fired Sunday roasts, which see joints, veg and all the trimmings going on the grill. Featuring locally sourced meat and big sharing boards, BANK’s Sunday menu is taking a British institution somewhere new, while delivering the goods where it counts.

On Jack Briggs-Horan’s weekly changing menu, the wood fired roast line-up features everything from Hereford Cross Rump with Braised Beef Shin & Horseradish Crème Fraiche and Middle White Porchetta with a Cider & Blackcurrant Sauce, to vegan options like Roast Italian Courgettes with Miso Onion and Charred Shallot. Sides include Smoked Garlic Roast Potatoes, Carrot & Beetroot, Green Beans, Smoke Carrot Purée and Red Wine Gravy. All bring plenty of fire grilled flavour, making for an epic Sunday centrepiece.

The menu is completed by a selection of Snacks and Desserts for those looking for long, lazy lunches. Little roasts are available for children and BANK’s Sunday aperitif list includes a White Negroni and a Banana & Coconut Rum Iced Latte, so there really is something for everyone to get excited about.

BANK’s Sunday roast menu is available every Sunday from 12:00pm – 4.00pm. BANK is also open from Wednesday to Saturday 12:00pm – 10:00pm. Diners can book via www.bankbristol.com.
