Liberation Group, the South of England and Channel Islands pub operator (Butcombe Pubs & Inns and Liberation Pubs & Bars) and brewer (Butcombe Brewing Co and Liberation Brewery), is pleased to announce the appointment of Jayson Perfect, Group Managing Director of Pubs, to its Board.
Jayson joined Liberation Group in 2017, originally as Managing Director of UK Managed Pubs, before progressing his role to encompass firstly the Channel Islands followed by the tenanted division of the business. During this time, Jayson played a leading role in the development of Butcombe Pubs & Inns’ business, which in 2022 won a hat-trick of Publican Awards including Best Managed Pub Co, Best Accommodation Operator and Best Premium Food Offer.
The business has seen substantial expansion in this time, with the acquisition of 21 pubs from Wadworth in 2020 and a combination with Cirrus Inns in December 2022. As a result, Butcombe Pubs & Inns is now one of the leading premium accommodation providers in the south of England.
