How to make the most of #fabulousfarmshopfortnight

As a farm shop owner, you know how important it is to showcase the value and quality of your products and services to your customers. You also know how challenging it can be to compete with supermarkets and online retailers, especially during the quieter months of the year. That’s why Fabulous Farmshops have created the #fabulousfarmshopfortnight, a nationwide campaign to help you boost your sales and visibility, as well as to celebrate and support the UK’s farm shops.

The #fabulousfarmshopfortnight will run from February 12th to 25th, and it’s a great opportunity for you to attract new and loyal customers to your farm shop, as well as to network with local producers. All you need to do is join in with the campaign and plan some fun and engaging activities and events for your farm shop during the fortnight. Ideas could include tastings, competitions, workshops or even a bag of ingredients containing a recipe card to make a heart-warming soup or pie. Remember to post your events on social media using the hashtag #fabulousfarmshopfortnight. If you tag us in your stories and photos, we can like and share them across our platforms.

By participating in the #fabulousfarmshopfortnight, we hope not only to increase your footfall and revenue, but also to raise awareness and appreciation of the UK’s farm shops and the amazing work they do for British agriculture and rural communities. Together let’s shout about the growing movement of farm shop owners who are passionate about providing fresh, local and seasonal food and drink to their customers. Let’s educate as many people as possible about the benefits of buying local.

So, don’t miss this fabulous chance to showcase your farm shop and join in with #fabulousfarmshopfortnight. You can find more information on the Fabulous Farm Shops’ website HERE.

Together, we can spread the word. SHOP LOCAL, SPEND LOCAL, ENJOY LOCAL
