Hotel Indigo Bath opens Brasserie Beau restaurant

A stunning new restaurant opened within Hotel Indigo Bath on 17th May. Located on the ground floor with an outdoor terrace, Brasserie Beau is set within the Grade 1 listed Georgian building which is also home to The Elder restaurant, independently run and owned by multi-award-winning restaurateur Mike Robinson. Brasserie Beau celebrates the best of Britain, using only the finest British ingredients. The restaurant, which has 100 covers, is open seven days a week from 12pm to 9:30pm offering visitors a sanctuary where they can eat, drink, and unwind away from the bustling city centre.

Brasserie Beau champions wild food and supports small producers, ensuring that the menus evolve daily, guided by the seasons and the availability of ingredients. Executive Chef Liam Goldstone and his team orchestrate a symphony of taste, infusing each creation with care and seasonal magic. Liam has previously worked as the Head Chef at Morston Hall in Norfolk where he held a Michelin star throughout his tenure.

Diners can enjoy a leisurely brunch, a quality steak, or classic Sunday lunch along with an extensive wine list or enjoy cocktails at the cocktail bar. The restaurant can cater for all occasions from large groups to those seeking an intimate setting.

Starters range from £8 to £25 and include French Onion Soup, Oysters, and Cornish Mackerel rillettes. Mains, which range from £18 to £29, include Venison sausage cassoulet, Confit crisp Barbary duck leg, Plaice meuniere, and Aubergine, Courgette, & Confit Garlic Ratatouille. Desserts are priced from £9 and include treacle tart, burnt basque cheesecake and a seasonal artisan cheese board. A separate children’s menu is also available.

Nicola Fender, General Manager at Hotel Indigo Bath said “We are delighted to open Brasserie Beau within Hotel Indigo Bath which provides a truly memorable dining experience. Our aim is to create an atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on every guest, making them eager to return. We look forward to welcoming visitors and putting Brasserie Beau firmly on the culinary map as a top destination restaurant in the Southwest”.

Hotel Indigo Bath, set in a beautiful honey coloured Georgian Terrace, opened its doors in 2020. The 18th century, Grade 1 listed building was the first global boutique hotel in Bath where reassurance meets style, creativity, and attention to detail. The hotel has 154 guest rooms designed around four beautiful themes reflecting the history and locality of Bath.

Brasserie Beau is located just 10 miles from M4 Junction 18 & the A46, 19 miles from Bristol International Airport and only 0.2 miles from Bath railway station. The restaurant is situated at South Parade, Bath, BA2 4AB, telephone 01225 460441 or enquiries@brasseriebeau.co.uk. For more information about Beau Brasserie please visit brasseriebeau.co.uk.
