Devonia spring water introduces new website

Devon-based bottled water brand, Devonia is delighted to announce the launch of its new website incorporating the new branding which was introduced earlier this year.

The new platform has been developed with a focus on enhancing customer experience and to showcase to consumers Devonia’s collect, wash, reuse process, which ensures its bottles are refilled on average eight times. Key features of the new website include highlighting the positive environmental impacts of Devonia’s reuse processes and a customer-first approach to business, and offering an integrated order system that enables both new and existing customers to place orders efficiently.

Director of Devonia Spring Water, Fiona Graham said: “We are extremely proud of the progress we have made this year as a small independent business. For us, 2024 was a time to reflect and ultimately, refresh the brand as a whole to ensure consumers have the opportunity to understand the concept behind our bottled water company.” She continued: “I’m thrilled with the outcome of our new website, which we partnered with Plymouth-based creative agency Upshot to build. Working with Upshot has enabled us to expertly bring our brand to life through an interactive and dynamic website.”

Plymouth-based brand agency, Upshot, was first commissioned to take on the rebrand project, which included brand strategy, a new visual identity and website. Upshot’s Creative Director, Owen Jones, added: “It’s been a huge privilege to work with Fiona and Neil on Devonia’s rebrand and website over the last year or so, and we’re proud to have played a part in helping their business grow. Their environmental impact is clear to see, but beyond that, they are a fantastic example of a small family business with strong values making a difference. The new website tells their story in an engaging and natural way and provides a practical solution for customer ordering/reordering. The speed of growth and change Devonia has implemented in their business is inspiring, and we’re excited to see them continue to thrive – the sky’s the limit!”

Owned by Neil Graham since 2005, Devonia prides itself on being the only bottled water brand in the South of England to collect, wash and reuse glass bottles and offers its solution to hotels, pubs, cafes, restaurants, special events and private customers across Devon.

Reusing bottles instead of recycling means a longer life for every bottle. Devonia’s process makes a difference to not only their own business but also to the environment and their customers within the hospitality and catering industry. Devonia helps them to save costs and energy, and reduce their impact on the environment, whilst providing a great product that is key to any drinks menu.

Bovey Castle Hotel, Harbour Beach Club, Sidmouth Harbour Hotel, Salcombe Harbour Hotel, Hotel Endsleigh, Gara Rock Hotel, South Sands Hotel and The Salutation Inn are just a handful of the places to find Devonia.

Over the past 19 years, Devonia has saved a staggering 186 tonnes of glass from going to landfill, which equates to 2.76 million bottles. This approach significantly reduces the use of single-use plastic waste and the need to recycle every glass bottle after just one use.

Available in both still and sparkling and in 330ml or 750ml bottles, the water has a natural soft taste that’s proven to be incredibly popular with customers.
