Hell Bay Hotel on the Isles of Scilly is celebrating a double achievement, having retained both its 3 AA Rosette Culinary Award, as well as 4 Red Star Inspector’s Award.
The hotel, tucked away in a secluded cove on the tiny island of Bryher, 30-miles off the coast of Cornwall has been recognised for its excellent quality of hospitality and execution of dishes using quality, well-sourced ingredients.
The hotel is only one of two hotels in Cornwall to achieve the 4 Red Star Inspector’s Choice Award, alongside The Scarlet. The Inspector’s Choice Awards recognise hotels as the very best in the UK.
Speaking of the announcement, General Manager, Fran McNeill comments: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be retaining these accolades. The team at the hotel work incredibly hard, going above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment of booking, to the stay or dining experience itself. We endeavour to provide laidback luxury so guests can feel a sense of place, tranquillity and comfort – and all in a remarkable and intimate setting.”
