2 days, 94 stands and over 150 brands: Nisbets Live was back for its fourth and most successful year yet. Running from 26th to 27th March in the National Catering Equipment Centre, Nisbets Live 2025 offered exclusive show discounts, live demonstrations, free expert advice and an opportunity to discover the latest commercial cooking equipment.
With registration up by over 23% and footfall seeing nearly 30% growth, this event was bigger and better than ever. 55 key accounts chains were in attendance, the largest figure to have visited the show to date. These vast figures put even more pressure on the teams behind the smooth running of the show however, everyone from security and retail to cleaning and maintenance, rose to the challenge, resulting in a seamless event.
New for 2025 was the Digital Kitchen Cook LIVE and Catering for Growth which offered new insights into industry trends. Digital Kitchen Cook LIVE was hosted by Nisbets Executive Chef, Chris John as he showed spectators how to make the most of the latest kitchen equipment. With an extensive variety of leading brands on display, this offered visitors a deeper understanding of each product. Meanwhile, the Catering for Growth stand provided visitors with advice on current trends and challenges, helping navigate issues, such as food safety, energy costs, waste management and everything in between.
Richard Ebbs Head of Product Sales Effectiveness, Nisbets UK, reflected on the event: “Our success is testament to the hard work and dedication of all our departments. It is fantastic to see our effort and teamwork come together in such a successful event which showcases Nisbets at its best”

At the forefront of this exhibition was the announcement of Nisbets Second Annual Sustainability Award. Receiving nearly three times as many entries as last year, this reflected the growing prominence of sustainability within the industry as well as Nisbets unending commitment to this.
Mark Conron explained Nisbets sustainability initiatives: “As a leader in sustainability, we are immensely pleased of the significant strides taken in our own efforts to be more eco-friendly. We have removed over 40 tonnes of plastic from our product packaging in two years and aim to remove an additional 20 tonnes for 2025. Since 2018, we have decreased energy use by 60% and now 40% of electricity used is from solar power. With sustainability central to everything we do, we are thrilled to offer this award to recognise the efforts of others.”
For 2025, the Sustainability Award went to Santos for its exceptional improvements in a variety of areas, particularly their moulded cellulose packaging, reduced energy use during manufacturing and emphasis on products that are ‘built to last’. It was agreed by all that this was well-deserved.
