This summer, the award-winning mobile coffee business Wavi Coffee is bringing its signature soul-filled coffee experience to the coast – with its first ever seasonal pop-up inside the café space at Highcliffe Cornwall, from the end of May through to the end of September.
Known for its beautifully converted Land Rover, ethical sourcing, and laid-back luxury feel, Wavi Coffee has become a favourite on the UK festival circuit and at private events, weddings, and retreats across the Southwest. Now, for the first time, the team is taking the Wavi vibe indoors – while still staying true to their mobile roots.
“We were invited by Highcliffe last year to bring the Wavi experience to their reception and café space,” says co-founder Amy. “At the time we couldn’t make it work — but the idea stuck with us. This year, it felt right. The space, the ethos, and the people all align with what we’re about.”
The pop-up will serve a refined edit of Wavi’s signature coffee menu – including expertly made flat whites, iced superfood lattes, and seasonal specials – all served in a calm, neutral-toned setting designed to mirror the brand’s considered approach.
Nestled within Highcliffe Cornwall’s welcoming hub – home to surf, yoga, a gym and relaxed family stays — the Wavi café will offer both locals and visitors a chance to slow down and savour a moment of calm.
Becca Malby, owner at Highcliffe says “With a shared love of the coast, being kind to our planet, and exceptional coffee, we’re delighted to welcome Wavi Coffee to Highcliffe this summer. Whether you’re staying at Highcliffe, live in the area or just dropping in for a yoga or Pilates class, you can now enjoy a delicious coffee and breakfast with us throughout the summer.”
Importantly, this is not a permanent move away from the Land Rover or the road. Wavi Coffee will continue to operate across a packed summer of festivals, pop-ups, and private bookings, with the Highcliffe residency acting as a seasonal extension of the brand, not a departure.
To support the new café, Wavi has welcomed Daisy, from Dear Coco who will lead the daily operation with support from the founding team.
“We’re still the same Wavi,” adds Amy, “just with a different view for a few months – and a brilliant new team member to help us make it happen.”
The Wavi x Highcliffe pop-up opens 28th May 2025 and runs until 29th September.
