

Following the success of previous supper clubs, Christophe Lacroix and Fred Fetiveau, chefs at local luxury ready meal company, Bistro Chef, are once again hosting this unforgettable evening in their Bath-based factory kitchen, and boy will it be super!
The event, titled ‘Retour de Chasse avec Christophe et Fred’, will be a night to remember! Taking place on Friday, 26th September at 7:15 pm, be quick to book your place, as spaces are extremely limited. Guests will get to enjoy dining chef’s table, right in the heart of the action. Chefs Christophe and Fred will serve up six exquisite courses, all for just £65 per person.
Six Course Menu:
- Quail Egg Vol au Vent, spinach and hollandaise.
- Seared Duck Breast Teriyaki, hazelnuts, mooli, kumquat.
- Partridge Two Ways, cider sabayon, pear, crème fraiche, star anise.
- Dolmis of Venison, brandy jus, pommes fondants.
- Claquos du Chef.
- Tarte Tatin flambée.

The event is ‘BYO drinks’, and will take place at: Bistro Chef Factory Kitchen, Unit 4, Brassmill Enterprise Centre, Bath BA1 3JN.
Chef-founder, Christophe Lacroix, is an experienced restaurateur and classically trained French chef. From La Rochelle, Christophe began cooking at the age of 14. He went on to work in a prestigious Michelin-starred kitchen and as a private chef. He has cooked for many high-profile clients, including Demi Moore and Nicolas Cage.
Since moving to Bath, Christophe has founded two successful restaurants, Le Petit Cochon and Ma Cuisine, before turning his talents to luxury ready meals. He now leads recipe development and production, creating restaurant-quality dine-at-home dishes, perfect for those who want a nourishing, luxurious meal, with none of the effort.

Christophe and his wife, Brigitte, share a passion for creating authentic French dishes, and launched Bistro Chef as a family-run run independent business in 2022. His ‘Super Clubs’ allow him to truly showcase his full culinary range, from over 40 years as a chef. His ambitious and creative dishes celebrate authentic French cuisine and his passion for food.
