Cirencester’s destination restaurant names new Manager – and launches a celebration of all things local

The Orangery, at Siddington Park in Cirencester is more than just a restaurant—it’s a destination. With soaring feature glazing that bathes the space in natural light and frames views of the south-facing terrace and beautifully landscaped gardens, it offers a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere perfect for every occasion.

Showcasing simple, fresh, and seasonal flavours that highlight the best of Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds, the menu is complemented by an elegant cocktail list and thoughtfully curated wine selection. Whether opting for al fresco lunches, indulgent afternoon teas, or intimate private dining, guests are charmed by the bright, warm interior and attentive service—earning The Orangery consistently glowing reviews and status as one of Cirencester’s most popular eateries.

The Orangery recently celebrated it’s first anniversary and has just appointed new Restaurant Manager, Azouz Silini, who has over 20 years’ strong experience in hospitality. Azouz’s exceptional management style and outstanding customer service flair brings a vibrant new energy to the restaurant. Azouz has previously held Food & Beverage and Events Management positions in local establishments including Tudor house hotel, Tewkesbury; La Petite Brasserie and The Kings Head Hotel, Cirencester, amongst many others.

Working with Village Manager Will Ryan, Operations Manager Sally Goddard, and Head Chef Danijel Furjan, this elite team is driving the business forwards with unstoppable momentum, seeing many sittings and events booked out.

The Orangery takes immense pride in its unwavering dedication to supporting local suppliers and community. Serving a menu rooted in seasonal goodness, the restaurant showcases the very best of Cotswolds produce, with 80% sourced from within a 30 mile radius of the village. Closer to home, Siddington Park boasts its own kitchen gardens and polytunnels, where fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables are grown for the restaurant.

Beyond the plate, The Orangery’s focus extends to community. At the heart of both Siddington Park and The Cotswolds, the driving force is to cultivate warmth, crafting experiences that nourish both palate and connection for everyone.

The Orangery offers traditional Afternoon Tea from 2-4pm Monday to Saturday, all homemade or homegrown, even the jam! Bread, pastries, cakes, jams and salads are all baked, made and grown in-house. The delicious rich clotted cream is sourced from local and historic family run Cotteswold Dairy, known for their welfare and sustainability. There is no better Afternoon Tea to be had in The Cotswolds!
