Football fans across Cornwall are invited to experience the excitement of the World Cup this summer at Shoreside Beach Venue in Carlyon Bay, as it introduces a big screen – overlooking one of Cornwall’s most iconic beaches.
Every England match and select games will be screened beneath a large, covered marquee, ensuring supporters can enjoy every moment of the action whatever the weather.
More than just a place to watch football, Shoreside is creating a complete match-day experience. Fans can enjoy live music and entertainment before kick-off, choose from four bars across the venue, share beer and cocktail jugs with friends, and sample a variety of street food traders throughout the tournament.
The venue aims to bring together football supporters, families, visitors and residents for a summer of sport, entertainment and atmosphere by the sea.
Shoreside beach venue is the go-to spot by the sea on the south coast for delicious local food, live music, water sports and wellness activities and remains open to the public all summer.
The tables in the marquee, to watch the football, are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tables can also be booked in advance and a Match Day Squad Package – including a table, food & drink for groups – is also soon to be announced via the Shoreside website and social media.

Shoreside is home to a variety of delicious local pop-up food traders, offering delicious locally sourced and seasonal menus. From stone baked pizzas at Jaspers, to tasty seafood at the newly opened Fry Buoys, smoothie bowls and matcha at Frooth; coffee, cakes, and sweet treats from Manor Made; Callestick Farm Ice-Cream, pasties from Ogy1, sandwiches, wraps, jacket potatoes and more at Crinnis Crib Hut plus hotdogs, nachos, and fries from Stevie G’s Doghouse.
