Jersey Fudge Pot

Jersey Fudge Pot carries on a long tradition of using world-class Jersey milk and butter to produce top-quality, handmade fudge, free from preservatives and unethical ingredients such as palm oil.

The aim is simple: take the finest quality ingredients and make the best fudge possible. Entering the Taste of the West and Great Taste awards is an important part of that strategy. Winning is always welcome, but it’s the judges’ comments that the team value most, helping them continually improve their product as they strive for perfection.

Jersey Fudge Pot says:  “We are members of Taste of the West because we are 100% behind their message. In an increasingly bland world of food produced to maximise profits for manufacturers, it is still possible to find locally produced food from artisan makers who are passionate about what they do. Their passion shines through and you can always taste the difference. We need to support these local producers or risk losing part of our heritage that makes our region so special.”

If you would like to join Taste of the West and become part of the South West’s food and drink community you can find out more at www.tasteofthewest.co.uk/membership.
