The Saffron Team is proud of what they do and enjoy helping individuals, teams and businesses and are passionate about the power of training and watching individuals enhance talent and creativity.
Should you be an individual wishing to develop yourself, or a business wanting to develop and invest in your team accessing the funding has never been easier. Through internationally, nationally recognised, or bespoke courses and workshops on hot topics that are now and relevant to the sector.
Claire Hall, Sales, Development and HR Director says “We are keen that everyone is given the opportunity to develop themselves and their teams in 2023. This will be the last tranche of EU funding for Cornwall and Isles of Scilly, and we want to make sure that every business and individual who works within the HLTT industry is the making the most of the funding to gain new skills, knowledge and develop to the highest standard.”
With the number of businesses reducing their hours or shutting at this time of year training can be the way to ensure that you can retain your team and be ready to hit the ground running for the 2023 season. New skills and ideas to make your business stand out from the crowd.
Retention of good team members is key due to the changes in the economic climate that are occurring and over the past challenging years. Investing in your team can show their value to the business and the industry in Cornwall and Isles of Scilly, investment in people gives additional confidence to undertake their job roles with pride and ensuring the highest customer service standards are met, saving your business and staff, time, and money on recruitment. Making your business the one to remember and revisit time and time again.
“With more job vacancies than individuals wishing to work in the industry people are looking at not only the salary that is offered, but the benefit package with the job. Training and development are certainly one of the criteria that are sought.” Claire Hall said.
For one of our newest European Union contracts we will be collaborating with Kinetic Energy to run a workshop on 24 January 2023 – New Year Wellness in the Workplace – which will be exciting. To find out more on the workshop or the courses please contact via the website.
