The award-winning family-owned Cornish hotel, The Headland, has appointed experienced hotelier, Jason Adams, to its leadership team, in pursuit of its goal to become the premier luxury resort in the Southwest.
Adams, known for his distinguished leadership in luxury hotel resorts, will assume the role of interim Managing Director for a six-month period.
Having garnered acclaim as the Independent Hotel of the Year, The Headland is confident that Adams’ extensive expertise, gained over a successful career that includes a four-year tenure at County Durham’s AA five red-star resort, Rockliffe Hall, will significantly contribute to the hotel’s next stage of success.

Adams has held key roles at renowned establishments such as Rockliffe Hall, Foxhills Club and Resort, the Arden Hotel, the Atlantic Hotel and Ocean Restaurant in Jersey, and Seaham Hall in County Durham, contributing to his successful and diverse career in the hospitality industry.
He added: “I am delighted to be welcomed by Veryan and the family to oversee the next chapter of this wonderful property. I have holidayed here for a few years now and always admired the way things were run, the location and the investment, and I hope to make further strides with the team and the hotels commercial direction.”
