With this compact, portable tabletop barbeque, diners can finish grilled menu items to their liking, whether on the grill, on the stone, on the pan or on skewers. The Grillbox sits safely on the table or serving area for diners to use as they require. There are single or double versions available and they are suitable for indoor or outdoor catering and make eye-catching additions to front-of-house theatre cooking.
The Grillbox’s casing and base are made from high-quality stainless steel. They are resistant to the heat produced by charcoal cooking and the reinforced casing prevents excess heat from escaping during cooking. The Grillbox is supplied with a stainless steel charcoal tray. Cooking accessories sold separately include the stainless steel cooking tray, basalt cooking stone, 12 pack of 30cm skewers, a pan gripper tool and a lid for smoke enclosure.
The single grill measures 370mm (w) x 260mm (d) x 150mm (h) and has ample room for four generous kebab sticks. The double grill is slightly lower at 140mm but has a grilling area of 66mm by 240mm. Both are easy to assemble and transport.
