
On the 19th September, for one night only, Chef Westy will host an exclusive 6-hands dinner at Millbrook Inn, in collaboration with esteemed chefs Mitch and Ben Tonks from The Seahorse in Dartmouth. This unforgettable evening will see friends come together to celebrate a shared love of the best of Devon’s and the produce from land and sea.
The trio of chefs have collaboratively designed an exclusive 5-course menu of dishes, alternating between meat and fish, with Westy taking lead on the meat, and Mitch and Ben on the seafood.
The menu highlights the local, seasonal produce with dishes such as Salt cod beignets with rouille, Crispy hogget with mint jelly, Tagliatelle with spider crab, Short rib tart, smoked onion and farm greens and a Raspberry and bitter chocolate choux with raspberry sorbet to finish. To complement the food, befitting The Seahorse tradition, they’ll serve an aperitif and a round of Sgroppinos to wash everything down. The Millbrook Inn will also offer their carefully curated wine list, a range of cask ales, local craft beers and homemade cider from their family farm, Fowlescombe Farm.
