Cricklade Hotel & Spa, the enchanting 45-bedroom country house hotel and spa in the picturesque Cotswolds, is delighted to announce the appointment of Neil Parry as its new General Manager.
With a career dedicated to hospitality, Parry will lead the venue, located on a ridge overlooking the beautiful rural Wiltshire countryside. Parry joins the hotel from his previous role as Director of Operations at Crest Hotels. Parry’s prior positions include Hotel Manager at voco St Davids, Cardiff and Deputy General Manager at De Vere Tortworth Court.
Speaking of his appointment as General Manager at Cricklade Hotel & Spa, Parry says: “I’m delighted to lead Cricklade Hotel & Spa and am passionate about taking the business from strength to strength, continuing to evolve with the support of a passionate team and exciting expansion plans. I’m excited to bring my experience and knowledge to the Cotswolds and, together with the whole team, am committed to offering an exceptional guest experience. We’ve partnered with some fantastic new suppliers and systems to enhance our service and drive outstanding results, and we have ambitious plans for continued development and refurbishment across our 33-acre estate to further elevate the guest experience.”
Parry’s extensive experience includes recognition on the Boutique Hotelier Power List in 2022, during his time with IHG®, having been influential in delivering the property’s Covid recovery, hitting record financial results, and achieving significant Revenue Generation Index (RGI) growth. He will oversee all operations and be responsible for managing the day-to-day successes of Cricklade Hotel & Spa.
