St Austell Brewery’s Celtic Beer Festival returns with epic music line-up and exclusive beer talk

Cornwall’s much-loved charitable Celtic Beer Festival is back at St Austell Brewery this November – and this year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever. All profits from ticket sales go to St Austell Brewery’s Charitable Trust, which supports local causes, charities and individuals in need across the South West region.

Taking place on Saturday 22nd November, the festival will once again see the brewery’s historic cellars transformed into a buzzing celebration of beer, music and community.
For the first time, there’s a special preview night on Friday 21st November, offering a laid-back vibe with exclusive talks, live music from Josh Curnow and behind-the-scenes brewery access.

The Saturday music line-up is one of the strongest yet, featuring high-energy sets from artists including the Hip Hop House Band, Blonk 182, The Strutts and the brewery’s very own choir, Hoppy Notes.

Adding to the excitement, beer writer and author, Jonny Garrett from the Craft Beer Channel – one of the UK’s leading voices in beer – will be hosting a special talk with St Austell Brewery’s talented brewers on the Friday night. Festivalgoers will get the inside scoop on some of the unique beers brewed exclusively for the event, including experimental styles like low-carb stouts and smoked pineapple ale.

Since its inception in 2003, the Charitable Trust has raised over £1,000,000, with last year’s Celtic Beer Festival adding £12,000 to the pot. With this year’s new Friday night event, St Austell Brewery hopes to smash that total for 2025.

For over two decades, thousands of people from across Cornwall and beyond have gathered at the brewery for a day of great beer, live music, and community spirit – all in aid of good causes. With over 100 beers on offer from across the South West and beyond, there’s something for every taste, from bold new flavours to timeless classics.

Tickets are on sale now and, while a few may be available on the door, advance booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
