Nisbets launches money-saving initiatives

As part of its ongoing pledge to support the hospitality industry, Nisbets is rolling out new offers, advice and products to assist operators feeling the pinch. Focusing on energy-saving initiatives, this multi-stranded approach is set to help operators cope with rising costs and the uncertainty of the current economic climate.

For long-lasting returns, Nisbets has put together a range of products that will help its customers to make savings across energy, time, oil usage and food waste. Accessible by typing “energy savers” into the on-site search bar, customer can browse these products with ease, making it simple for them to find the best appliances for a cost-effective operation.

Mark Conron, Group Head of Customer Communications at Nisbets UK, explains more: “Energy efficiency is now a crucial part of day to day operations for our customers.  It’s key to helping them to reduce costs and increase productivity so their business can work smarter. With our renewed focus in this area, we’ve selected a range of products that either use less power, save time, help with reducing oil consumption or limit food waste.”

Adding to the industry support offered by Nisbets, the company has recently released information on the success of its Rewards loyalty scheme and the money that has been saved by customers over the previous 12 months since it launched.

“Nisbets Rewards is our way of giving back to our customers,” explains Conron. “We want operators to feel reassured that when buying from Nisbets, they can get more from everyday purchases. This is vital at a time where every pound counts! Additionally, Nisbets Rewards Plus is designed to help businesses to be more resilient during challenging times; the annual subscription delivers consistent savings, with vouchers issued every quarter. Reward Plus members also get free standard delivery, early access to offers and double the number of points on each purchase.”

Beyond rewards, Nisbets endeavours to offer all customers a cost-effective way of kitting out their outlet with initiatives such as monthly star buys and Nisbets’ Price Drops. What’s more, to help operators get ready for the upcoming Football World Cup, Nisbets is offering the chance to win £2,500 worth of catering equipment and 5,000 Reward points in its Matchday Mega Bundle Prize Draw.* This competition will run from 4th to 31st May, and customers who spend £200.00 (ex. VAT) or more during this period will be automatically entered to win.

Conron concludes by saying: “As purse strings tighten, everyone is looking for ways to save money, and we want our customers to know that Nisbets’ has their backs. Whether it’s the benefits of Rewards Plus, invaluable advice or helping operators find the best products, we will continue to support businesses in every way we can.”
