East Devon District Council is calling on hospitality businesses across the district to share their experiences as it develops a bid for the Government’s new Hospitality Support Fund.
The council is seeking feedback from pubs, cafés, restaurants and bars to help strengthen its application for funding, which aims to support businesses facing ongoing challenges and improve the long-term resilience of the sector.
Business owners are encouraged to share insights on issues including rising costs, staffing pressures, changing customer demand and the impact of pub closures, as well as any wider concerns affecting trading conditions.
The feedback will be used as evidence in the council’s funding bid and could help unlock support for hospitality businesses across East Devon.
Hospitality businesses wishing to contribute should contact the Economic Development team by emailing business@eastdevon.gov.uk by COP Monday 12 October.
