Two Butcombe Group pubs in Somerset have been named finalists in the 2026 Bristol, Bath, Somerset and Gloucestershire Tourism Awards, recognising the outstanding businesses and people who help make the region such a special place to visit.
The Swan in Rowberrow and The George Inn in Norton St Philip, near Bath, both Butcombe Boutique Inns, have been selected as finalists in this year’s B&B and Guest House of the Year and Pub of the Year categories in one of the region’s most competitive tourism awards programmes.
The awards celebrate excellence across the tourism and hospitality sector, spanning accommodation, attractions, experiences, events, food and drink.

More than 80 finalists will now look forward to discovering whether they have won Gold, Silver, Bronze or a Special Award at the ceremony taking place at Batch Country House near Lympsham on Thursday 26 November. The judging panel has also recognised 11 businesses with Commended status for their achievements.

The ceremony will be an opportunity for finalists to celebrate with their teams, meet other businesses and share their success.
