Food and drink producers across the Cotswolds and Forest of Dean are being invited to a free networking event hosted by Shop Cotswolds, featuring insights from New Product Development specialist Zoe Plant of FoodworksSW.
Taking place at Dr Foster at The Docks in Gloucester on Wednesday 14 October from 5pm to 7pm, the evening will offer attendees the chance to hear from Zoe as she shares her expertise in New Product Development (NPD) and provides an update on current market trends. There will also be plenty of opportunity to network with fellow producers while enjoying light refreshments.
Zoe is an experienced NPD Manager with a track record of taking food and drink products from concept through to launch. Her experience spans party food, desserts, soups, sauces, ready meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, dairy, and plant-based products, working across both B2B and D2C markets. Her areas of expertise include NPD and EPD, process development and scaling up production.
